Psyché™ Lab
Discover yourself, with evidence.
Assessment is not a verdict. It is a careful reading of how you think, feel and function — restored to you in conversation, in plain language and in context.
Self-awareness is the first step toward meaningful change.

The inner life, measured with respect.

Values Ranking
What matters most — and how deeply?
Values are rarely isolated. They interact with relationships, family, culture, work, migration and life stage. Psyché™ uses a cross-context values palette and then organises the person’s own ranking into three levels of centrality.
Level 1
Core Values
Identity-defining values experienced as central and least negotiable at this point in life.
Level 2
Anchor Values
Relational, social and cultural values that organise belonging, responsibility and everyday choices.
Level 3
Context Values
Context-sensitive preferences that shape how values are expressed in families, cultures and organisations.
Crossed values palette
Self & agency
Autonomy · Freedom · Authenticity · Growth
Relationships
Love · Trust · Loyalty · Care
Culture & belonging
Family · Belonging · Community · Tradition
Responsibility & security
Achievement · Responsibility · Justice · Security
Expression & meaning
Creativity · Recognition · Service · Meaning
Values Ranking is a reflective prioritisation tool. The example levels are not universal categories: the person’s own ranking determines which values are Core, Anchor or Context. It is not a diagnostic or standardised psychometric test.
Research-informed framework. Detailed methodology and references are documented separately for academic and research communication.
